NRC would like to reassure anyone accessing our service that we are still operational and will continue to support those who need our help. We are continuing to provide support remotely from the 19th July. We will update this notice when face to face services resume.

NRC is a small, independent charity. As a result, we don’t have the resources to be open 24/7. However, if you call us during the following opening hours, we’ll be here to take your call:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am – 9pm
Tuesday and Friday: 9am – 4:30pm
Rape Crisis England & Wales – Live Chat Helpline
The Rape Crisis England & Wales (RCEW) Live Chat Helpline is a free, confidential service providing emotional support through a text-based service for women and girls 16+ who have experienced sexual violence.
The Live Chat Helpline operators are there to listen and offer you emotional support for up to 45 minutes. You can talk about what happened to you, how you feel, and any difficulties you are facing.
